The School of Education, Childhood, Youth and Sport (OU-ECYS) is a world leader in

The Living Lab for Health at IrsiCaixa facilitates changes in the governance of multistakeholder ecosystems to find better solutions to our persistent and complex challenges. We are experts in engaging a large amount of different stakeholders such as the education community, scientists, policy makers, industry or civil society organizations. With this aim, the Lab facilitates collective reflections and participatory cocreation processes, with a special attention to mutual learning using systemic toolkits to better address complexity and to accomplish the “Responsible Research and Innovation” (RRI) dimensions. Incorporating these values, the Lab also develops educational resources with innovative methodologies such as inquiry-based learning, system thinking, transdisciplinarity or community based participatory research. The tasks that the Living Lab is implementing with CONNECT are being implemented within the network of schools Escoles Sentinella.
